Keeeva™ LLC is not affiliated with any marketplace sellers as they operate completely independently of and are not affiliated in any way with Keeeva™ LLC.

After you place an order from the Keeeva™ Shop online catalog (only items showing within the Keeeva™ Shop Collection on the store - no other items qualify for Keeeva™ LLC shipping policies), we aim to process your order within 1-3 days.

Once the order has been processed and is fulfilled on our end, you will receive an email complete with shipping details and tracking number. Most items from the Keeeva™ Shop collection should be received within the continental United States within 7-10 days (or less) from the time of your original order fulfillment (once the order has been processed, which is typically within 1-3 days). International delivery will take longer and is dependent upon carrier schedules.

Local Pickup

In some cases, buyers and sellers may live in the same geographical area. Keeeva™ LLC wants to encourage customers to save shipping costs and take advantage of local pickup if it works for both the buyer and seller. When using the Local Pickup option at checkout, customers will see $0.00 FREE shipping instead of the standard shipping rates calculated by the order value.

It is the complete responsibility of the buyer and seller to make arrangements for the local pickup of any items purchased with this method. Keeeva™ LLC has no affiliation with its sellers, and we cannot make these arrangements for you. Customers will need to contact the sellers (either through the contact seller link on the product pages or by emailing them directly).
